So as you can see i have the default picture of master chief… How do i change that?? All i can find is stats about Halo Reach and Halo 3, but no real account settings.
Edit: so i found out how to change it. But is there no way to “Browse” pictures on my PC?
No, you can only use the ones already on the site. Its to prevent inappropriate profile pics.
Just to clarify the only avatars you can use are the one’s available on waypoint, as ReplacedAnt9 said, and only administration and moderators are allowed personalized avatars. So if you see people with avatars not available to you that is why. Also there will be more avatars coming in the near future for everyone just to let you know 
ps: (in case anyone else has the same question)
to change your avatar just go to “My Profile” in the upper right corner of the page, then click “Modify Avatar” on the left, then “Get New Avatar” and click an image to your preference
