Changing the Waypoint From Iron to a higher status

I was wondering if there was anyway to get out of Iron and possibly get a better looking word to replace it

My solution would be to post more quality posts and contribute to waypoint. And a little note I would start to get in the habit of editing posts. A good Waypointer edits their posts instead bumping.
