I see opponents with custom banners and emblems, but when I go to change my Spartan ID it’s greyed out. What’s the deal?

I’ve seen this as well was wondering the same
Tried beta waypoint, the menu says coming soon.
Maybe they are from previous first flight?

It was when we was on 1st flight, when you could change ID, so it will show whatever emblem we changed, but you won’t be able to change it on this flight

You can definitely still do it. It’s through the Waypoint Beta app on your phone.
And just to make sure I tried it before I made this post.

That’s how I did it 1st flight, my apologies, I was incorrect, iv’e been having problems getting app this time, just thought it was broken

Iv’e been trying to find it to no avail, I know there was clear instructions on last flight

The invite specifically said test pit the waypoint beta for iphone, android, and the web browser. Where is your info coming from?

- It was a very late game decision to remove them from flighting

I was on the first flight and I was not able to access that functionality. Maybe they allowed some and not all
Thanks for asking this question. I, to, was curious about this… I know some people mention doing it through the app, currently,
but as far as I can tell, that’s a no go… sigh

not cool , now everyone looks cooler then my #1 emblem

There was a glitch in the first flight but it was patched out. We all have to wait until another flight or when the game launches.
