I want to change my nameplate but changing it on bungie.net no longer works. I cannot find anywhere to change it on the new website. Does anyone have a link?
343 aren’t supporting nameplates. What you have as your nameplate is what you will have forever.

All that stuff (Bungie nameplate, marathon nameplate, Bungie Pro nameplate, ect) is Bungie related and has nothing to do with 343/Halo.
That is probably the main reason why 343 aren’t supporting nameplates. Nameplate might make a come back in Halo: 4 though. We’ll see.

WTF My Bungie account was messed up and i finally got it FIXED BUT NOW I CANT HAVE A NAMEPLATE!!! Bungie Pro and the Recon armor set where given to ever player that currently have a Halo 3 service record.
When Bungie.net was up, I bought the marathon Durandol game to get the nameplate because it looked cool and I wanted a nameplate(I thought you had to buy them.) When that nameplate got boring I changed it to the Halo 3 nameplate. Now the Halo 3 nameplate is boring again, I want to change it back to the 800 Microsoft point nameplate, but I can’t. And sadly, I can’t get my points back to buy something else that I can use.

343 needs to get with the effing program and bring nameplates back. They could make a 343 nameplate too. surely it isnt that hard.

343i have better things to worry about (lets see, halo 4!) then reach nameplates, which legally they cant transfer because there are bungie nameplates which aren’t owned by the halo franch./Microsoft.
I have to come point out a few things, this has already been discussed to death, if you’d like to continue discussion I’m more than happy to show you where to dot it.
Also, most people here are doing this all wrong, you are more than welcome to be upset about not having nameplates, but fighting and acting ridiculous is only going to get you a warm welcome at any forum but ours.
When Bungie made Reach and offered up nameplates, you did not pay for them, it was a reward for being a loyal Bungie fan, that is why there is a nameplate for Halo PC through Halo ODST and Marathon… all Bungie games. It wasn’t really part of the package, it was a reward, as you also had to sign up for a Bungie.net account to get these rewards, that account is free. You could argue that people who did not sign up for a Bungie.net account were ripped off from the start, but that’s just not true as the nameplates were well advertised and these people simply chose not to.
343 has no control over Bungie’s old material. They have Halo, but they don’t have Marathon or Bungie Pro, there could be a lot of underlying tech or lines of code that belong to Bungie, we just don’t know.
The best way to voice your concerns on this is to tell 343 you want this feature back in some form in Halo 4 and future games, don’t tell them they’re doing a terrible job for not supporting a tiny feature, which takes away from development time on Halo 4… do you really want Halo 4 to suffer just for a small piece of digital decoration?
Final note, I told you you were free to discuss this, this is where you can do that. Discuss
