if I change my gamertag on xbox live will anything change in waypoint like my profile or medals.i know my username will change on waypoint cos that’s linked to my xbox live account.
When I changed my gamertag I think my waypoint rank was re-set not sure if the same will happen with your medals. but if you let them know before doing so as just did with this thread maybe if you lose the medal you can get it back.
But remember I said I’m not sure 
I changed my gamertag to Swift Moa and back to The Little Moa within the space of a few days and I’ve kept all my posts, thanks, medals, etc.
There has been the odd few cases were people have lost it, but that was a while back when the forums were less stable

It should change on it’s own but it might take some time while the servers register the change. Worst case, send bs angel a PM.
