This is the kind of stuff that 343 industries suck at, is disgusting that in a previous post made by 343 they said:
We are aware that some users are having troubles with changing between Monitor and spartan with some keyboards in Forge mod.
The thing is that they said this on SEPTEMBER, can you believe this, and they didn’t do anything about it, they gave us some ways to fix the problem that didn’t work for everyone.
This is highly unprofessional for a corporation such as 343 Industries, Im sick with this kind of stuff just happening.
343 Please answer me.
If you want an answer from 343, you’re better off posting about it on the Halo subreddit, as they don’t seem to be using this forum.
On a Swedish keyboard, I sometimes have to press the Ö key, which is near the Enter key. To find the key that you need to press for your keyboard, try google searching for, “how to open the console on Insert Language here keyboard”.
