They would’ve done a UI change long ago if they were serious on it.
nice to see 343 admit the bronze through campion ranks is still the 1-50 everyone asks for, I’ve said they share the same concept to there was no need for a 1-50 to begin with.
Avoiding changes to the UI does not mean the game is done, that’s a pretty broad statement to come away with from that. If you have read the rest of Josh’s posts you’ll know that he has plans to continue pushes changes to matchmaking based on player feedback. I wouldn’t call that done 
I wouldn’t consider things like adding bookmarks to reqs and selling multiple reqs to be that much of a change just an improvement on the current one.
