why did you add custom classes and Sprinting to the game?

Why not?

Which game are you talking about? Halo Reach? I assume so, because 343i continued them on from Halo Reach…

they added customizable loadouts and made sprint default

A little late to the show, aren’t we?

first off: Custom load-outs =/= classes

Secondly, the custom loadouts were implemented to allow each player to have something that molds well with their play style IE: i am all about stealth and precision, so my primary loadout will have a precision weapon of some sort with a magnum, an AA that allows me to be stealthy, and the tactical package & armor mod that helps me be stealthier, and when able to i will pick up a sniper when able to. But i also sometimes might need to play a defensive/cover fire role. so i will switch to an assault weapon based load out with a plasma pistol and a hardlight shield so i can draw fire but still protect myself while doing so. its all about giving yourself a personality.

and sprint… COME ON DUDE! we should have been able to do this since halo CE in all honesty! running is a natural ability EVERYONE has. Spartans especially. what sense does it make that we CANT sprint?

Sprinting wasnt really a big mechanic back in the CE days.

i am aware, i was just saying…

At LEAST they aren’t letting you sprint at speeds a REAL spartan can run at: John was clocked at over 60 miles an hour, once. Until he tore his Achilles

They did it to single you out specifically.

You know… it’s a game…
