Changed My Resolution and Game Now Crashes

I recently installed Halo 5: Forge on a decent machine. I went in to the graphics settings upon first launch and changed the settings to as low as possible.(I wanted good FPS over quality) I changed my resolution down low and my game crashed. Upon launching the game again, the game loaded the Microsoft and the 343 screen, but then crashes. I think changing my graphics_settings files under C:\Users\New User\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Halo5Forge_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState but the file is gibberish. If someone could provide the default graphics_settings I should be able to swap them out and in theory that will fix the problem. If not, I’ll have to wait a while to reinstall my game(I am nearing my Comcast Monthly Data Cap) Any help or suggestions is appreciated.

I’m having the same issue and can’t find a solution, it sucks, and my internet is so slow, also i don’t want to wait forever for a reinstall.
