Changed my gamertag, can't track stats.

So, I changed my gamertag a few weeks ago. I sign on here, and my stats STILL aren’t tracked. How do I fix this catastrophe?

EDIT: okay, now I can’t turn in custom challenges. It still says they’re created on my old gamertag, and I can’t forfeit them. I get an error.
