I havent played HALO REACH for about 4 days then come back on and notice that my icon is changed along with my service tag. Not to mention in my armory, everything is marked with a *,even though it is still said to be purchased. NO ONE has any of my info so i cant understand how this happened… Can anyone assist me?
How about you start by changing you password and make sure the recovery emails are ones you control
If you managed to sign straight into your account on your Xbox without having to do an account recovery then no one has hacked it. The “*” next to Armoury items denotes there are new items available which get unlocked as you earn more credits and rank up. If your symbol you refer to is your rank symbol then my guess is someone has been playing Halo Reach on your account on your xBox. Also you have no Halo Reach history against this account according to Waypoint. Do you perhapos play under another account.
You haven’t been hacked, this is a common issue with Halo: Reach were your local data corrupts.
You could try deleting & recovering your profile to hopefully prevent it from happening again.
