Changed Gamertag, now no service record

I recently changed my long-time gamertag. Now Waypoint shows no service record. Is there a way to force Waypoint to import the old gamertag service record to the new gamertag?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Playing a few games of Halo will force it to update, other than that, it is a waiting game, Waypoint takes a bit to catch up.

Glad to see you got it worked out. I changed my gamertag a while back and Waypoint took a bit to update for me, too.
