Change Qualifying Rank System

So I was in SWAT and I was qualifying and I got 1st-2nd place in each match and won 4 matches.I usually got Bulldozer which is have 8 or more KDA.Guess what rank I got.Silver 6.343i should change the ranking system to qualify you have to get 1st-2nd place on your team or get 4 or over KDA or mostly complete the objective.Here is an example:Tim is playing.He is quite bad.He gets good teammates every game.He wins every qualifying match.He gets Onyx.He goes back.He gets completely destroyed because he needed his teammates.Now do you understand.They need to change the ranking system.25% should be teammates.75% should be about YOU.I think it would play well.It is just my opinion.

Placement matches do take individual performance and MMR into account already.

If that’s true them why am I constantly playing opponents with 2 to 3 times my CSR, both ranked and qualifying???
