It doesn’t really bothers me a lot but I find the Halo 4 announcer a little bit overacted. I would like to have a more epic announcer for such things as Kilimanjaro’s or killtaculars. Etc. What do you think.? Like the one on unreal or killer instinct.
I honesty think its fine the way it is. The H4 announcer just feels a little louder, more present you could say. He sounds as if he’s actually watching and commentating on a War Games match on the Infinity and I like that.
Yeah, i doubt that. The Halo 4 announcer is the same one thats been there since the very beginning. He’s not going anywhere after thirteen years, just because. Although, admittedly, i like the way he sounded in Halo: Reach, a lot more than Halo 4.
Nothing wrong with Jeff Steitzer. It’s the script he reads. His is a voice of honey poured over thunder. “Comeback Kill” should never be uttered from his lips.
I think the announcer sounds good, maybe a bit loud in Halo 4, but still good.

I have loved his voice in every Halo game, except Halo 4 because of what 343i had him say.

I prefer Halo 4’s. Its a lot more energetic.
I don’t like how the announcer sounds in Halo 4 and how he announces things that really don’t need to be announced to the point of extreme annoyance on my part. He was fine in Halo 3, why did they have to overdo it?

Halo 4 is the omen of despair people, it doesn’t matter if logic or reasoning speaks otherwise, or if the Halo related subject doesn’t even involve Halo 4. /s
Jeff is as much a part of Halo as Steve Downes. He must stay.
Jeff’s fine, I don’t think he should be changed. But I do think his lines are a bit over-exaggerated (but Road Trip is totally fine). I prefer the lower-sound of how he sounded in H3 and Reach.

Jeff Steitzer is forever the voice of Halo’s multiplayer. It did sound a little different, a little too much in Halo 4. Halo 3 had a very nice balance and sound. But there’s no way Steitzer should go away.
I would like him more like halo reach. When he wasn’t that loud.

Jeff steitzer is the best announcer out there, makes halo unique to other games in that respect.
