Hello, I would like to change my contact email address for halo waypoint.
Way back when Xbox Live was new, I created a @passport.com account provided by Microsoft. Now I have several thousands of dollars and my life history linked to this account, and MS Main support is unable to change my email address. I have spent many hours over many days with them on it. Passport.com is dead, and the best they could do is forward those emails to an email account I don’t use (@outlook.com).
MOST but not ALL of the MS services are respecting my MS account preferences but with Xbox in particular, and now Halo Infinite, important emails about flights are being sent to the wrong address.
I have already been to the main MS account support folks. Is there a way I can change my contact email for Halo Waypoint? Or at least report this as a problem, that they don’t respect my Microsoft account preferences?

Edit: I checked my communications preferences in my Microsoft account, and “Halo News” is the one mailing list item that I am able to tell MS to send to my primary email address, and even then halo waypoint news is sent to the wrong address.
