My girl bought the Champions DLC Bundle on her profile on her Xbox and went to play it and the maps weren’t loading and would take her back to the start screen when thrown into a game. I downloading the Champion DLC Bundle also at my house on my profile and Xbox and the DLC didn’t work for me either. I brought my Xbox to her house, as usual. So when I sign my profile on her Xbox I can play the DLC on her Xbox on my profile. When she turns my Xbox on she can play the new DLC on her profile on my Xbox. Now I can’t play the Champion’s Bundle but the rest of DLC works on my Xbox. On her Xbox she can play the Champion’s Bundle but the previous DLC (Crimson, Majestic, Castle and Forge Island).
I was on the phone Thursday and Saturday for a total of 2.5 hours. After trying everything such as; deleting DLC, re-installing DLC, clearing cache multiple times, deleting profiles re-installing profiles, deleting title updates and re-installing updates, transferring the license content, deleting most recent Xbox live update.
They now directed me to Halo Waypoint Forums. Hi. Please help us
