343i is planning on releasing a patch before the end of September that will fix the other issues in the DLC; such as the forearm & shoulders for the new armor appearing as Inner-Plated/Scout in first-person and the problem where all your loadouts and Spartan Points reset when you play Campaign or rank up.
I’m desperately hoping that they will have somehow found a way to fix this problem with Spartan Ops as well when the patch comes out… though I’ll likely be disappointed in that regard.
I am very disappointed with this DLC. I mainly play Spartan OPS, this DLC don’t works in Spartan OPS and I don’t give me a solution to the problem. I bought it without alerted on anywhere that it wasn’t works for Spartan OPS so I won’t to boy next DLC if it will always be equal. I hope you reach a solution for the OPS with Spartan Champions Pack, otherwise I won’t to buy any DLC for Halo 4, although I am a fan of Halo and I have all maps and games.

Which has not happened, I’d like to add. It is CURRENTLY october 14th and I still see that cute little scout shoulder pad right there when I punch someone. I’m using the odst armor set. for the lulz.

This has been answered numerous times in the Halo 4 forum. The armour that comes with the Champions bundle CANNOT be used in Spartan Ops. 343 have already stated this cannot be fixed due to the memory restrictions of Spartan Ops. Any Champions bundle DLC armour/weapon skins will revert back to the default armour/skins.

This has already been answered numerous times in this thread and many others. 343 have already stated they cannot fix this issue due the memory restrictions in Spartan Ops. None of the DLC armour from either the Champions bundle or the McFarlane toys Halo 4 range will work in Spartan Ops, and isn’t going to work. Ever.
I have listed the only DLC from the GotY edition that will work in Spartan Ops below, all of which were originally either pre order bonuses, extras or from the LE version of the game and are already coded onto the game disc:
Locus helmet,
Deadeye helmet,
Gungnir Pulse,
Venator Raptor,
Hazop Forest,
COI Web,
Oceanic Circuit,
Recruit Prime,
Arctic BR skin,
Prime AR skin,
Imprint Light Rifle Skin,
Plus the Spartan, Bulletproof, Assassin, Bonebreaker and Mjolnir Emblems. And the Corbulo emblem from the Halo 4 branded 12 month XBL subscription.
