So I have recently got the champions DLC, and i have noticed I am missing one of the stances. I believe its the one that looks like the one with the knife. I cant remember what its called but if someone can tell me how to get it that would be great. Should I try redownloading it? idk… anyway please help. Thanks.
Is the Stance Flank?
If it’s ‘Determined’ then I think you need to have some Spartan Assault achievements to get it.
Indeed, if you are thinking about the stance I currently have set on my Spartan - you need to have Spartan Assault and unlock 3 achievements. There’s some more info here on the 3 achievements and their waypoint unlocks 
The determined stance along with 2 weapon skins and an emblem are exclusive to the owners of Halo: Spartan assault who have achieved three specific achievements

Wow that sucks, I shouldn’t need a Windows phone to unlock a stance in the game…I should need Halo 4 to do that and nothing more.

You can get if if you have Spartan Assault for Windows 8 PC or Tablet as well, not just phone. It’s only 1 stance though.

Why? Why shouldn’t people get exclusive content for unlocking achievements from Spartan Assault?

You mean war games map pass which was stated to include 3 map packs? crimson, majestic castle?
I like the interlacing of various games being carried over. Did unseen viper have that opinion about reach’s waypoint armour?
