When I got on MCC PC tonight, the challenge tab is greyed out and I cannot click on it. It was like this before I played a game, after, and after I restarted the game.
I played a firefight game which I assume was not tracked to the challenge because of this.
Is this happening to anyone else? How do I fix this?
I got most of my challenges done, but then the firefight challenges weren’t registering. I then tried to do a different challenge, and when I finished it, it just said 150/150 but I never got the rewards for it. I restarted mcc and now it’s just unavailable like yours. Doesn’t seem to matter what I do.

I submitted a ticket. Hopefully this issue is fixed today, to be able to finish weekly challenges 
Halo MCC Xbox version, Challenge Hub also greyed out “UNAVAILABLE”, dang it, I still have them all to do… curses for not making a start on this week’s earlier, I was doing last week’s late so didn’t immediately get started on these.
Submitted a ticket. Fingers crossed it’s fixed soon.
PS. Also noticed it’s no longer displaying your Tour number and rank.
Turning off the CGB maybe they turned off too much.
Same here, Challenge Tab is unavailable. Did something break on the dev’s side?
I’m having the same issue. I’m also having trouble finding games in competitive playlists.
Not sure if the 2 are related but I’ve submitted a ticket.

How long does it usually take for them to respond? I am currently 1 unlock point short of getting the “Black Rhine” Sniper Rifle Skin for the Halo 3 Multiplayer section of Halo MCC. Also, I saw this required checkbox that asked if MCC was updated on 4/28/21. I don’t recall an update, but whatever.

On Xbox, highlight Halo: The Master Chief Collection, press the Menu button on the controller (three lines), and select “Manage game and add-ons”, bottom left is a “File info” link, highlight and press A, second line from the bottom has InstallDate:?/?/? ??:?? and UpdateDate:28/04/2021 18:42 (your date and time may vary but should be on or after 28th April 2021, otherwise go to updates, if it doesn’t find it, fully restart your Xbox.

Same issue. Yester night it was OK for me. Even after they removed CGB, but today I had the same issue. Maybe a maintance or removing the CGB did that? I didn’t try play any match so knowing the MP is working. Maybe some server related, only for the challanges. I hope when it comes back it will not reset.
For me this happen after completing two firefight challenges. After that it went unavailable.

Read the article’s instructions and it is confirmed that it was updated on said date.
I have the same problem. Played with EAC disabled earlier and thought it was a problem with that but deleting EAC and verifying via steam didnt solve
