So, I’m not sure if this is the area to post this in, and If it isn’t or there is a support ticket function I am missing, please point me in the right direction.
Yesterday me and my friends were trying to complete the seasonal challenges for this season, spefically Voi Polloi (1, 2, 3) Elite company, (up to 2 for me) and a few others. Sometime midday these challenges glitched for me, to where it was saying completed as in 3/3 done for Voi Polloi 3, but it didn’t mark it as complete or give me the rewards, and this happened to several other challenges as well. Now I know I completed these, and my friends got their challenges complete throughout this same session. I figured maybe it just required a reset of the game. Turns out when I did that, it reset about half (maybe a little under) of the challenges I had completed that day back down to nothing as if they were new.
Now if the only fix for this is doing it again, then I guess begrudgingly I will do them, but If I can help it, I’d like someone from 343 to take a look to see that I did in fact do them.
I’d appreciate any help I can get on the matter, and thank you in advance!
PS Great recovery 343, Halo is one of the highlights of my year right now!
