I don’t play PVP much so I just noticed this but why has the XP for challenges has decreased
Because they added increased match XP for winning games, performing well in your team or being the overall MVP. Plus the challenges are now way easier to complete.
Should be getting at least as much XP as you did before, just in a slightly different way.
It’s true most of the challenges are easier but that’s for most people I’m not most people some of these challenges are difficult for me for example
Kill enemy Spartans with shock weapons another one is
Kill enemy Spartans with a melee attack or how about this one
Kill on enemy Spartans by sticking them with a grenade and this one
Earn any Killing Spree metal
most of these challenges I suck at the only reason I play PVP is to rank up and unlock stuff if I had made this game I would have set it up like Halo The Master Chief Collection and you wouldn’t have to spend any real money in the store it would be point just like in the MCC
That’s fair but they are still easier than they used to be and challenge swaps are still around too. Overall much easier to unlock the weekly ultimate rewards.
Plus you get more points for just playing games, even if you are never the MVP, which goes straight towards unlocking tiers of your current battlepass.
