The challenges have not been fixed for Halo 4 yet. I’ve read that Bravo was looking into it.
some of us need the challenger achievement and so far its unobtainable as of Decemper 31st.
I have every very halo game completed besides Halo 4 and halo wars. Achievement hunting is a serious thing for a lot of us.
Please get get this fixed at least for another few months.

Please bring back challenges to Halo 4 for couple more months still missing “challenger achievement.” Its so unfair to discontinue something without a warning 
Hello, to think of putting back(handing) the challenges please, it is frustrating not to be able to finish a game(set,play).
Challenges! Challenges! Challenges!.. (Cue endless chant of “Challenges!” to 343 headquarters we go)
I unite myself to the choir, I’d like to get back challenges.
It is incorrect to remove them without a warning, is very bad to have an incomplete game because of this

It’s really sad that the challenges aren’t anymore. I also need the Achievement with the 25 challenges and so I couldn’t complete the game.
Hopefully soon this gets fixed. I don’t see why Microsoft Studio’s can’t get a small team and just fix this issue.
TrueAchievements added the Discontinued flag to The Challenger achievement today, everyone needs to put pressure on Andy Dudynsky on Twitter at @Brav to get challenges back, and sign the petition at <mark>link removed by moderator</mark>
We need the challenges back, and the fact that 343 doesn’t care anymore and instead has decided to solely provide support for Master Chief Collection is a total slap in the face to those of us who have been faithful to the Halo franchise all these years!

Petitions only server to promote spam - people replying “agree” or “+1” and not actually opening any lines of discussion. As for Andy, he is the community manager and quite likely has no control over aspects of the game like this. He didn’t order me to remove the link, I removed it in accordance with the forum rules which were in place for a few years before he joined 343 Industries.
Although there seem to be some server issues now, it looks like challenges are back up so I’ll close this topic off
