Challenges not completing at all

Ive completed two FFA matches and both matches have resulted in 0 cumulative points for the challenge. I don’t even get to see the score at the end it just shows nothing. How am I supposed to progress in the event if the event isn’t tracking my progression?
I would post the img but new users can’t post images :man_shrugging:

FFA challenges don’t work for me either, dont know if this is a PC thing or what.
Most challenges don’t register progress correctly either, atleast in my experience.

Yeah I was completing challenges yesterday. Then the new update hits and I can’t complete any challenges at all now. I don’t get it.

Hey y’all -

If you haven’t yet, please submit tickets for this on the Halo Support site so they can track and gather as much info as possible.

Also check your service record here on waypoint. I noticed sometimes even if they don’t reg in game they actually do get recorded toward your BP progress

Can you direct me to the support site and I will.

Absolutely!

https://aka.ms/HaloSupport should do the trick!

But thats not event progress. I would like to make progress in the event lol.

when you restart the game it will push the progress through.

I skipped FFA 5000 cumulative points after getting 0 points for 3 wins, but getting 1300 for a loss. I’m not going to intentionally lose 4 or 5 matches over a challenge I should have finished in 2 wins.

I have already tried that twice.

Yeah thats what happened to me, I got 24 kills and that should have held me at 2000 points at least and completed the challenge. Its frustrating and I submitted a ticket about it.

New bug then? Not surprising

Yup I’m stuck trying to complete 3 Attrition games and it won’t record my progress. I’ve reset the game a few times to see if it would catch up on its own but no. It seems this week’s capstone challenge might be trying to figure out how to make the challenge system function properly.

I would recommend restarting your PC or console. I’ve had a similar issue yesterday. Simply closing out the game and restarting it does not alleviate the issue. I turned off Halo Infinite entirely and the first time I tried closing it out and restarting the program. That didnt work. I turned off the xbox and booted it back up and it started working again.

I have already tried that.

So it turns out that “Complete 3 games of Attrition” actually means “Win 3 games of attrition”. So either it’s bugged and not counting losses or the description needs to change.

I completed the bad driver weekly ultimate challenge and received the backdrop and now all of a sudden I don’t have it anymore. Would like to have that fixed please.
