Challenges in Reach are resetting themselves?

Every time I go to Xbox Home screen and back they reset themselves this annoy me because the weekly is to get all daily challenges done and I can’t see to do that with them constantly resetting and at that this point they have done it twice now. What I want to know is whether it is safe or not to redo them after they have been reset. I don’t want to get any bans or anything and I just want the weekly challenge done.

Because I don’t like multiplayer; I’m mostly in a firefight or custom game. But that is irrelevant to my question.

Yeah it’s fine. Challenge are my best way to level at this point and I would rather not get banned trying to use them.
