On Spartan assault I have 100% completion on my pc, so I have gone and bought on phone to do same, I saw all missions were unlocked, but I was going for challenges, sadly because I have 90/90 challenges complete I can’t complete a new one to get achievement, damn cross platform save data.

You need to do a weekly challenge and that will unlock those achievements.

There is no Microsoft Support Halo team, just Microsoft support or Xbox Support. These forums are the only things even close to a Halo support, and then it wont be a 343 employee that helps you. Glad to hear you’re sorted though.
