Challenge XP not received?

I’m making this a thread instead of posting it in the Issues being investigated sticky since it’s rather long.

I’m not sure if you’re supposed to receive any visual notification of XP earned from challenges, but i can’t see challenge XP received neither on my postgame summary nor accumulated on my XP progression. It’s especially frustrating that i couldn’t see that i received the monthly challenge XP upon completion. Instead of my XP carrying over to SR50, i started SR50 at 0 XP progressed. Like my XP was just cut off.

I’m pretty sure i had way less than 17,343 XP left to rank up to SR50 before the game in which i completed the monthly. I don’t know whether i got cheated out of the monthly challenge XP because XP doesn’t carry over to the next rank after completion of a Specialization (i.e. Spartan IV at SR50, Wetworks at SR60, Operator at SR70, etc.), or if i’m just not receiving XP from any challenges, despite it showing that the challenge is completed when i go to the challenges list. Regardless that it says the challenges are completed, if i received the XP why didn’t it carry over to SR50? And why don’t i get any notification of XP earned from challenges on my postgame summary? If the XP is supposedly received, why is it CLEARLY not accumulated.

Any valid answer/solution would be appreciated.

Pretty much every way to get screwed out of challenge and commendation XP happens.

So yes you lost out on XP.

lost out on the monthly? or every single challenge? who knows, certainly no visual indication. i just want it to be made up for.

You can’t progress past 50 until you select a specialisation, but I don’t know if the xp will carry over after you do.

Ok but your XP shouldn’t be cut off, it should be received after you choose a specialization in that case which it wasn’t. Meaning i got robbed of the whole monthly challenge XP. Wtf.
