I just played through two Halo 3 campaign playlists to get the first two “Voi Polloi” seasonal challenges. After finishing the playlists, they showed up as complete under the challenges menu, but I did not get a pop-up notification that they were completed. I didn’t get the bonus XP or season points rewards either, so I restarted my game to see if that would fix it. When it relaunched, the menu froze for a minute or so. When it got back to normal, it took another minute to go online and connect to XBL. I went into the challenges menu to see if my problem was fixed, but the challenges showed up as incomplete - no XP or season points rewarded. I went to the campaign playlists and they were showing as completed.
I’m a bit frustrated that my progress for the day was deleted by what seems to be a connectivity issue. Anyone else have a problem like this recently?
Also, can I have my points and XP back please?

The same thing happened to me last night. A friend and I spent several hours running through the Reach heroic playlist to get Voi Polloi II and Elite Company III done, and when we completed it neither of us got the challenge log progress. I had Elite Company III at 15/15 and it never pinged for challenge complete, and when I woke up today it’s back at 13/15. I’m not even mad about EC3 being at 13/15 because we can just speedrun Floodgate on heroic a few times, but Voi Polloi was a significant time investment.

That’s unfortunate that happened to you, sorry. Maybe it was an issue with XBL and not just me. Hopefully this can get fixed for us and whoever else lost progress yesterday.
