A friend and I spent several hours running through the Reach heroic playlist to get Voi Polloi II and Elite Company III done, and when we completed it neither of us got the challenge log progress.
I had Elite Company III at 15/15 and it never pinged for challenge complete, and when I woke up today it’s back at 13/15. I’m not even mad about EC3 being at 13/15 because we can just speedrun Floodgate on heroic a few times, but Voi Polloi was a significant time investment.
I’ve got replays, times, proof, etc. I really don’t want to have to run through the playlist again to resolve this; that’ll probably burn me out entirely.

Same thing is happening to me. I’ve got like 10 different challenges showing complete voi polloi 1,2,&3 and elite company 1&2 but I still haven’t received the XP or the SP for completing any of them. If my progress gets reset I’m going to legit freak out.
