I’m on the Xbox One version of MCC.
The Challenge Hub icon in the menu is faded out and shows unavailable. However, the active roster, matchmaking, and season menu is online so I know my game is connected to the servers. I’ve reset my app twice now and the issue is the same.
I’m having this issue too. Is your rank and rank progress missing as well?
Me and my friends are having this problem. We completed the “Endure” challenge but none of us received the awards even though the challenge progress was 1/1. We all restarted the game and are having the exact same problem. We just wanted the Romeo skin 
I’m on the Steam version of MCC, and I completed the “Silent + Deadly - I” challenge, but I’m having the same issue here. I’ve reset the game like 10 times and even rebooted my pc in an attempt for the challenge to go through, but it did not work, so I’m glad to hear that I’m not the only one having this issue.
Just had this also. Thought I finished Hurty Thirty and the Drone Heroic one (can’t remember the name). They didn’t flash up, so I saved and quit to menu, and can’t get in to the hub to check now.

This isn’t working for me either, thank god I’m not the only one
Looks like I’m not the only one who noticed. It’s a bit annoying as I was wanting to complete the season challenges. Hopefully they fix the problem soon.
I think it happened again, completed the spree real state challenge and it showed as 200/200 and now when I try to access it says it’s unavailable.
I have the same issue i got the spree thingy and it hasn’t awarded me with it.
Yeah I’m having the same problem with spree real estate, any suggestions?

Yep. Seems to be widespread. I’m having the same issue.
Challenge portion in Options & Career is faded and shows “unavailable.” I’ve reset both game and console numerous times and nothing changes.
