Post here if you agree that the game looks too bright and needs to be made less bright. And no, turning down the brightness of your own TV is NOT the same; it would make everything look darker. Dark spaces from the old game need to stay dark, not lightened up.
I like the creepiness factor of the original game, also. The new graphics are sweet, too, but I would prefer the darkness that CE had, so it could maintain that dark mood.

It looks like an engineering bay. Plus, the ship is being attacked by aliens, so yes.

I like it alot. I think it is important to remember when halo originally launched, they used a very diverse color pallet. In a transition to HD to make the details and colors pop, I think it became necessary to lighten things a bit. No I do wholeheartdly agree, there are places in the game where more darkness must be maintained such as the Library ect… Based on the limited footage we have seen, the graphics are spectactular, and I would imagine the mood will be maintained in the appropriate places.
