Friend and I played through to the Library last night (I was host). Achievements popped along the way for terminals and skulls. Today, when I login there’s nothing saved under missions. What’s up with that?
Elaborate on what you mean by nothing being saved
Did you and your friend end the mission?
Or did you save & quit Belfiore the end?
Because I think that is normal, the game do not save campaign progression in co op.

This has happened to me twice this last week. First, over the weekend I played a mission with a friend. The next day my Waypoint progress was erased except for achievements. I loaded up a solo mission on every mission and saved and quit. A few days later my Waypoint resynced to normal.
Last night me and a friend did a few missions coop. Now today my Waypoint profile erased again, but saving and quitting a solo mission fixed it. But, my coop progression doesn’t show that we even beat any missions on legendary.
All I wanted to do was to have my solo and coop progress show that I beat both on legendary but this is a real hassle. My friend said that he lost his entire in game progress after we played the other night as well, but he hasn’t gotten it back yet.
