If people want 2v2 they can play customs. Having one playlist for 2v2 and one for 4v4 would be cool but 4v4 should definitely be the priority. Some small maps might be best on 2v2 but most are best on 4v4. Go back to the original plan of 4v4 please.
Also, even if CE isn’t perfect on launch day, there should still be a CE playlist right away. Just have a popup that says it’s not perfect yet and is being worked on if you are concerned about people being upset by things that aren’t perfected yet.
I agree 100%. I was looking foward to CE on xbl more than anything else only to find out there’s no dedicated playlist now. I was planning to avoid 3 and 4 for the most part. Figured we’d have more freedom.

Yep, 2v2 is not the way most people want to play Halo CE. Also, if the netcode is broken how can they offer Big Team Battle and 4v4 TS games for Halo CE?(Not that anyone will ever vote for them, sadly enough)

Should def have a 4v4 list. Really glad I waited on this and Xbox one bc I knew they would screw it up and I will never play 2v2 bc that is not what I enjoy. Also 2 nades for each is good enough not freaking 4 for a total of 8, never liked that about ce. So I hope to god they don’t allow 4 nades and keep it at 2 each, probably if they get CE it’s own list and open up 4v4 and keep nades at 2 then I will probably get it bc I would enjoy the hell out of it then.
The bigger question is, why are there even playlists? It’s 2014 and we’re stuck using playlists. On the PC (CS for example) I can enter ranked MM on whatever map I want. If there’s only one map and one mode that I want to play I can queue that all day if I wanted to. Consoles, though there’s no freedom to play exactly what you like.
at this point I would be thrilled with ANY CE. But definitely 4v4 would be preferable
