Seriously? Who the hell is running this joint. I purchased this game to play halo CE after waiting 15 years for matchmaking… nobody wants 2v2. If you feel it has such a following, make a doubles playlist -Yoinks!-. Why is ce the ONLY playlist that is 2v2? If it’s so -Yoinking!- popular why not just make all the playlists match… you’re going -Yoinking!- backwards 343.
I totally agree. 343 doesn’t know what they’re doing. The fact that I get to play Bloodgulch maybe once a month is absurd, and that’s if I’m lucky enough to get it in Big Team, where half the people quit.
You limit the CE playlist to 2v2, and you limit the map selection. It’s ridiculous. Increase the number of players to 4v4 minimum so we can play all of the maps we purchased with the Collection.
Which brings up another really good point:
Why on earth have no playlists been updated with new maps and gametypes!?
And by the way 343–very few people really think it’s that great of an idea to vote between which game you want to play. Yes, it’s nifty and innovative. But people quit when the lobby doesn’t vote on their favorite game.
I could give less of a rip about Halo 2 and 3. I bought the collection for Halo CE, and it’s been the most underwelming Halo experience I’ve had. I’m this close* to returning my Xbox and MCC to get my money back.

AMEN! I was expecting 3v3 to be EXPANDED not go the other way! WHY?
Just add CE to the doubles playlist, change this to 4v4 and call it a day!

Agreed. I was shocked to discover Halo CE isn’t on doubles last night. Tell me that’s not self-contradictory of 343.
