Stop the talk about nerfing the halo 1 pistol…that is crazy! That would be the worst nerfing in the history of nerfing. If you want a weak -Yoink- pistol play halo 2 or 3. The halo CE magnum is the best weapon ever in a shooter…to say it needs nerfed. …makes me mad as hell! I would never touch a Microsoft product again if the jacked with the pistolla!
Nerf the Halo CE pistol? That’s blasphemy! Ya it was overpowered but there also was only one marksman weapon in the game, and that’s the sniper. Not many options there.

They won’t nerf it. They remade this game for the fans of it. Not the kids who started later.
When everyone on both teams uses the pistol they are OP. When people don’t know any better I don’t go the cheese route every time with that pistol and it’s more fun for me that way.
Nerfing the Magnum is like removing Halo CE

The only things that need “nerfing” are the bloody battle rifles and the grenades in Halo 2 Anniversary. They were never that strong in H2C and they never should have been to begin with.
If anything they should not touch CE.
Can’t believe people are asking for it to be nerfed. They should be bumping up all the pistols in the other games to the godliness of the CE pistol.

If they adjust the strength of the CE pistol in a game that they said “would bring back the experience exactly as you remembered it”…I will light the game disc on fire and pull out my original xbox from the attic along with Halo CE and run around blood gulch by myself. Seriously, the H2 pistol is so pathetically useless I pick it up just to laugh at what a little cap gun it is. It even LOOKS pathetic, like I just pulled it out from where I had it tucked in my garter/skirts. Probably could cause more damage if I threw it at the enemy.
