I have a deal for you. You could merge with my group. If you’re a decent leader, which I’m sure you are, you’ll get a decent position at some point. There’s also been talk of starting a competitive 4v4 focused section of the clan. You could hypothetically lead that if you proved yourself. Sierra Company is a highly competitive mil-sim clan. We have about 35 members right now (we don’t require members to join our Company) and get full lobbies consistently.
Sierra focuses on raids, a kind of honor-rules clan vs clan match with high stakes. We win about 85% of our raids and practice raids.
We do a decent amount of matchmaking, mostly BTB and Warzone. But if you want to do Arena competitively just play with other members unofficially.
Now, there’s a process you and any members would have to go through if you actually make it in. We wash out rage-quitters, drama queens/kings, and anyone who won’t contribute to the team via “boot camp”. It’s very effective, and has a 45% pas rate. This ensures that every person in Sierra is a person who is legitimately fun to play with and an asset to us as a whole.
We pride ourselves in effective tactics and communications. Everyone gets taught a few basic tactics and call outs in Basic, including pinching, flanking, bounding, etc. so everyone is on the same page.
