I want to preface this by saying that I am not doing this out of spite, but for the sole fact that I detest cheaters, and wish that they would stop polluting our gaming environment with their inability to win through skill alone.
We caught a player using some crazy soft mods last night to turn his pistol into an automated weapon of his choice (i.e., automated sniper, automated incinerator cannon, automated Warthog!!). As we watched the video of the game (trying to figure out how we died so much) and realized that there was something fishy going on.
We decided to watch the game from the point of view of each player of the opposing team, and found one specific person who, after each death, would run and hide for about 30 seconds, and then would run out into the map shooting his “pistol.” After each kill, the screen would say he had a laser kill, a snapshot, or my personal favorite, that he splattered someone by shooting them with his “pistol.” He also had unlimited ammo (he never reloads) and he never switches to his secondary weapon. Unless there are some new, advanced weapons, that look like pistols but shoot incineration ammo… something was up.
At one point in the game, he shoots the ground over and over and 10 or 11 Ordinances appear… all of them SAW’s. Throughout the game, he also was able to jump like there was no gravity. So, needless to say, I’m pretty sure there is a cheater who is modifying the game environment and specifications of weapons.

PS: We filed a formal complaint and avoided the player, but we still get stuck playing with him, and he ruins the game for everyone. Is there another way to report this guy? He needs permanently banned from Xbox live, in my honest opinion.
