My friend and I was playing team swat and we noticed that we were losing bad, we thaught they were really good so we got mad because they were killing us fast. I watched the kill cams and so did my friend (Korryo) and we also noticed their crosshairs were red before we saw them or they saw and and while we were watching the cams they didnt even shoot at us or hit us but we suspect they are using aimbots and [CLASSIFIED] (vCouloursTM) but it wouldn’t let me zoom in on anyone but my team mates in firstperson but me. Please check it or join their games and watch the kill cams. Me and my friends gamertags are Korryo and mine is vCouloursTM. I think if they dont get banned soon they will never stop using it. Please help.
See, things on your screen and things on another guys screen don’t always match up. There is always, ALWAYS, a difference. Either a guy is a few steps ahead of where you see him on his end or you are a few steps behind where he sees you on yours.
The reason is because the only perfectly accurate information your Xbox has on any player is the information on the people on your system. All their positions and information are received from the servers in a game of telephone. Their XBOX has to send information to the server which sends it to you. Endlessly. This has to happen between every XBOX too. That is a lot of sending, receiving and all that jazz.
So the killcam show HIM seeing things the way HE saw it. Only the Xbox knows YOU aren’t where you where to him. So it show you based off your info and him based off his. This OFTEN leads to crazy inaccuracies. Especially since sometimes a little data is lost, making it even MORE inaccurate.
It is easily possible for the killcam to show a guy headshot you facing the wrong way. This isn’t because he actually did. It is just a comunication error caused by every XBOX needing to process and see the info and send it back and such.
It is EXACTLY like a game of Telephone. You start with a word like ‘Banana’ and end with a word like ‘Anagram’ because as the data is tossed around and bits are lost or changed it gets jumbled.
If you think someone is hacking, use the theater mode and review/record the suspected incident. Like everyone else has stated, the killcam is the LAST thing you should use to verify suspicious actions.

Actually Funny thing is I was playing about 3 hours ago against you and you your self was using an aimbot oh and for all you out there saying the “final killcam is unreliable”, okay fine even considering lag this doesnt happen over and over again in matches and putting your reticule on the opposite direction as you kill someone…also im going to start putting multiple videos up of the sad noobs and I relly implore 343 to see and fix this cause tbh now these people are wrecking halo4.

It does happen over and over again. Killcams are never accurate, ever. It depends on latency. If it’s 10 ms, it looks like an accurate replay. If it’s 100 ms, it becomes an “aimbot”. Also, with bad connection and data loss it might as well twitch causing instant turns.
