Okay, what silly halo cosmetic armor has there been?
To many players, Hayabusa. Flaming heads. After that, the Pilot helmet, armor effects. After that⌠Well, idk, a bunch of really awful design choices in Halo 4. after that, Halo 5. Just, Halo 5. Period.

IDK what to tell you, but as long as weâve had the choice to have individual cosmetics, weâve had goofy options. Even in Halo 2, Iâm sure several found the (remember that they glowed by the way?] emblem choices silly at times. Like, âWhy would my Spartan have a grunt emblem on both their shoulders and bit on the back??â
People complaining isnât new.

Hey I loved that one. There were 250+ armor variations in H5, and about 15 of them were good looking (just counting H5 armor). But I hope these cool ones come back.

And the flaming helmet and skull helmet werenât silly, they were ugly, stupid and unnecessary, but they werenât silly. It seems like you just want to name random things without thinking.
okay look at the helmets for h5 theres two named Timmy and Oliver a whale helmet and a pig helmet im not making that up
and look at the mariner hemet in mcc 3rd attachment is called mister chief
Okay⌠you do realize that the aesthetics of halo infinite was so that theyâd go back to being faithful, right? not go back to halo 5âs crap artstyle which has been heavily criticized for a LONG time, right?
Also the timmy helmet doesnât look silly at all, what are you talking about? and wow that olive helmet looks so incredibly bad. Yeah this is why people didnât want the halo 5 artstyle and why we wanted it back to looking decent.
And the mariner helmet is one of the additions that 343 added to test the waters, it also looks crap and doesnât belong in halo, itâs a retroactive addition to a game that really didnât need ugly helmets, same with the viking stuff in halo 3 on the MCC

Hate fun? The games are fun, the cosmetics can be either appealing or revolting, how do you have fun wearing certain obnoxious cosmetics? I have fun playing the actual game. What kind of a strange comment is that?

Iâll be honest the new samurai armor helmet looked like a shark head to me for a second during the intro scene to a multiplayer match.
I do think theyâre a fun addition, but⌠I implore people not to buy them right now. $10? For something that took one artist like, fifteen minutes to make? Something that frankly I couldâve made myself in an hour? Itâs two triangles on a helmet. That should cost 50 cents, maximum. Theyâll never fix this if people keep paying them for doing nothing at all.
At least they color with your chosen color unlike the chest pieces.
