Casual semi competitive

What’s up everyone? I’m a casual player that does like a little competitive play as well. I usually jump on and just player skirmish or sometimes ranked slayer. That being said, I do have a mic but don’t use it much. Idk all the callouts.

I partake in a lot of the customs octagon matches for practice as well. Not fond of those who practice spawn kills in the octagon with a sniper tho. Idk why that happens so often, I go in there for magnum accuracy and strafe building.

I’m 32, with a family, game now and then, and love halo fps games. I like to have fun, and as long as we can have fun even during those losses and close matches, hey it’s all gravy.

Gt AhaloAskewed
Place of gaming - USA-CA-SD areas
Time of gaming - afternoon, late night, and sometimes early hours as well.

Looking for cool players, that don’t get butthurt, that don’t have dumb rules to join their clans like changing GT, emblem colors, service tag, etc. The NON military clans, because wth… it’s a game!

Sounds like you want Fireteam Cerberus. We’re a casual group with players (and leadership) in the UK, all mainland North American, and Western European timezones.

Our only requirements are a mature and cooperative attitude and ideally a mic. We do run regular company events or events via our wider community partnership with like-minded groups via the XBL club Halo Cooperative Gaming Club. This gives is access to an even wider, global, network of almost 300 reliable teammates.

We’ll never ask you to do something with your online time thay you don’t want to do, though, and any such events are simply there for those who want to.

Any questions? Feel free to ask.

I think I’d prefer a smaller tight knit clan. Where a new comer isn’t lost within a sea of gamer tags. It does sound cool though. What kind of events? I’m more into slayer and objective events. Not too into the wacky custom games. They’re fun only for a little while for me usually. Unless it’s something new I haven’t tried.

To be honest our size is deceptive due to the multiple timezones, that some of our players focus on different games than just H5, and the fact that some players may be on longer-term breaks from the game. Through use of our Waypoint forums, XBL clubs, and now Discord (all of which are optional so people don’t have to engage with them if they don’t want to) it means you can always build a smaller network for yourself within the group.

Events are everything from Achievement hunting, to teams for Waypoint community playdates, to getting a Warzone team together to… whatever else really (those are just the recent examples which spring to mind). If you have something you’d like to put together you can do it and players who want to can join.
