I specifically had a funny moment where something popped up on my screen and I was like… ‘What the hell was that!?!’ It was a notice regarding my mongoose destroyer cert going up. I completely forgot about that thing! So thank you, omarlotrc for helping my mongoose destroyer cert.

Well, the mode eventually got ruined with awful maps.
Undercity is pretty terrible, as the Prophet’s Bane at the center of the map enables unlimited cloak. Way too easy for one team to secure it and crouch-camp your flag, sending it across the map every time it respawns. You can’t fight the guy with the Prophet’s Bane either, because you can’t see him. The Plasma Turrets also make getting in the castle more annoying than it should be. The Guardian that rises out of the water is cool though.
Same problem with any map that let’s players pick up a weapon. Those weapons are too powerful. Team killing is also getting really out of hand.

You can actually disable the turrets. When you go inside the enemy base, there will be a lit-up console behind a shielded barrier. If you destroy it, that base’s turrets will be permanently disabled for the remainder of the match.

I think it’s a fantastic playlist and I strongly prefer it to the custom game versions going around that use modified maps and Super Fiesta weapons. I can nitpick but, on the whole, this is thoughtfully designed and well balanced. Good stuff!

Yeah this playlist is pretty good and actually feels rather social for once. I hate the custom game variants where people put on the maps but with super fiesta weapons, its boring and annoying, and just leads onto one team spawn camping the other teams base. Here it feels like an all out battle with swords and I think it fits well into halo 5’s variety! Cause something is always going on 
It isn’t like super fiesta weapons where its mostly just camping at your base with a sniper or long ranged weapon.

I actually enjoy the super fiesta version of this on the custom game variants. Really just don’t like when people put it on unlimited ammo, but super fiesta version is definitely fun. Maybe they should bring that to the social playlist just to see what everyone else thinks. It would be cool if they added more modes to the social playlist.

Actually yeah I think that would take away my issues with it, if there was no infinite ammo, cause if there is then it just encourages camping on such a massive map. But maybe add versions of it in the social playlist, BUT I HIGHLY DOUBT THEY’D DO THAT AMIRITE?!
