Hi guys, I have the map pass and downloaded the castle map pack. When I enter matchmaking in the Castle playlist it all works fine until it is time for the game to load, but then it kicks me back to the lobby. The maps also wont load in custom games. It just says ‘players failed to load content. a player may be missing downloadable content’. I am getting the same issue for Forge Island as well. All of the other map packs so far have worked fine. Please help!
Have you tried downloading the map pack again?
Try deleting it, clear your Cache. The go to account management/download history/redownload and see if that works.
Tried both of these already I’m afraid :\
try removing your HDD, wait 30 seconds then, put HDD back in, and see if that works.
Tried all of the above and still no luck. Does anyone have any other suggestions? I’m at a complete loss.
Try re downloading your xbox live profile again.
Then re download the content you can’t play.
See if that works.
