Wasn’t the CMP supposed to be free for all people who brought limited and legendary game editions because I’m having trouble downloading it since I bought the limited edition.
Can anyone help?
Same here man, I think they just haven’t set up the Map Pass version yet.
I’ll feel so bad for 343 if this turns into another crimson map pack situation… But still, if anything they should release the limited edition version first just in case, and because we DID get the limited edition and spend extra money on the game.

this right here. i think cod did it right, where if you had the map pass you got the maps like a month early.
I’m so SICK of this. Map pass and legendary owners should have preferential treatment and not be the ones to WAIT and go through hoops. Not again. The exact time it’s available to download should be available not to mention we should get it SOONER. I paid for the map pass at launch for CONVENIANCE. This is a bad experience Microsoft and 343. I don’t like seeing the map pack available for download for 800 ms points when I already PAID.

well i just checked online and there’s already 856 people playing the CMP while we LE and WGP still wait for the download…why to go 343.

343 really need to sort their crap out because this is just getting re-donk-ulis how can they expect to be taken seriously when they screw things up at every turn and make no efforts (clearly since this is the SAME mistake 3 TIMES in a row) to fix them

Seriously we have the whiniest community in the world it’s no wonder cod keeps beating us out. OH MY GOD I DON’T HAVE MY MAPS EARLY WHAT A HORRIBLE COMPANY. Seriously quit being brats we were never guaranteed to get the maps the exact same time as there marketplace release we were guaranteed cheaper price and that’s what we got I’m pretty sure you guys can wait a few more hours once 343 notices the issue…Then you can all play them and proceed to talk about how bad they are all over the forums because none of you are ever satisfied.

The issue isn’t that we have had to wait (AGAIN) its the recurring issue that 343i doesn’t seem to care about fixing issues this is the THIRD time this has happened, the first time accidents happen…the second time, ok mistakes were made…the third time…well damn it man you guys just aren’t even trying
I agree with most of you, I really do expect more from 343 along the way that they treat “Premium” customers. Yes we got all the DLC at a discounted price, but surely along with what was once a hefty price tag for Limited Edition we should get “Front Row Tickets” if you’d like me to put it that way. For the first Halo game I bought myself with my own money, I am somewhat dissatisfied…

Oh we are plenty satisfied. When things WORK and are available as EXPECTED.
Halo 4 has a WHINY community because the game has PROBLEMS. No we don’t take a partly finished supposedly FINISHED game and have a substandard experience and not let the developer know it has PROBLEMS.
And however small the inconvenience the map pack downloads have caused us (and it’s not small trust me, not after Crimson, I have NO patience after that), it is our right as people who paid more for a SPECIAL edition of a game and went to the TROUBLE of waiting in line at a midnight launch and paid UPFRONT for the map pass to get the packs AT LEAST on time as other people clearly have - seeing that they are playing as I write this.
So, pal, we wouldn’t be here WHINING if there weren’t some darn good things to be WHINING about.

So let me get this straight… It’s okay to pay money in advance and not be given the maps upon release? How does this make any sense? You know damn good and well if you paid out 20 grand for a car and wanted to drive it off the lot and they said “Nah buddy, you gotta wait,” then you do so and then get told again “Well… you’re just going to have to wait…” You know for a fact you would be livid. I for one am kind of pissed.
130 odd people and probably more now have this ahead of me because they bought it upon the time of release when it was SUPPOSED TO BE READILY AVAILABLE TO ME UPON TIME OF RELEASE.
I own the map pass (not an LE holder oh well), and therefore having paid out that damn money there are certain expectations that the moment it becomes available, I should have my DLC. I don’t give a rats -Yoink- if that is childish or not, the point stands… we paid our money, where’s our product?
