Castle Map Pack not available for me?

I went to XBox Live Marketplace on the Halo 4 menu and Castle isn’t there. The other map packs are. It’s the only one I’m missing.

Of course, I went to XBL’s actual marketplace and it’s there. But it says not to download it there if you have the War Games map pass (which I do have). Is there a reason it’s not listed on the in-game marketplace?

I don’t want to pay for something that I’ve already paid for…any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

(I wish I could help, but I don’t remember how to get the DLC in-game using the War Games Map Pass. Sorry. D:)

Heres a step by step guide to help you OP:

1.Go into your settings menu and delete the map pass and the other map packs from your hard drive (if you bought the limited edition game then you will need to delete the Infinity Actual kit).

  1. Clear your system cache and redownload the map pass/Infinity Actual kit from your download history (located in the My Account section).

  2. Load up Halo 4 (allow the updates to reinstall) and ou should get a message saying something like “map pass content available” and give you the option to download all 3 map packs included with the map pass.
