I have the halo 4 map pass through the limited edition of the game, and when I go to the marketplace in game to download the castle map pack it simply comes up with an error message saying that there are no items available for purchase at this time, and then a list of purchasable items appears, with no castle map pack on it.
Plz fix soon!!!

I believe this has happened with previous map packs, in that Map Pass users cannot access the content right away.
Ya know, you’d think 343 would make sure that the people who paid for the maps in advance would actually be able to GET THEM. >>

I am having the same issue.
If I go to the ad about Halo Week on the dashboard it lets me download it but would cost me 800 points and as a season pass holder I am not going to get it there.

It’s so wrong. We bought the map pass/legendary edition in good faith, giving them our money in advance for a future product we were excited about. And this is how we are treated. First Crimson was insane and we didn’t even get reimbursed. Now we have to wait AGAIN while normal people are playing. We should get preferential treatment, not the other way around. VERY disappointed.
