According to the leak (which got so far all the DLC release dates correct), castle map pack comes out in one month from today.
What do you think is gonna be in it? I’m guessing maps designed to work well in forge. We got big maps and small maps in crimson and majestic so forge in castle?

I am hoping for some forge maps, and space helicopters.

If I could have some a lot more snow in my Halo 4 experience I would be a happy Alaskan. But I dont recall seeing any snow in the concept art so… Forgeworld would be nice…

Daybreak and outcast look like really nice forge maps, fingers crossed!

I would like to see a couple more small maps, and a new Forge World. The unveiling of the Hornet’s return would also be nice.

I would love to see at least 3 things come into Halo 4 with the release of the Castle Map Pack.

  1. The return of the Hornet or the Falcon. (I don’t really care which UNSC flying vehicle returns.)
  2. Since the name Castle sounds like it’s related to forge, I’m hoping we have all 3 maps be related to forge. (Meaning that structures will work.)
  3. I hope that either one of the maps or a bonus map that can be included is a remake of Forge World.
    Well, I hope that all of this shows up.

I look for them to be Big Team orientated.

The maps have already been revealed last year via IGN.

The three maps are Daybreak, Outcast, and Peridition.

We just barely got the last map pack. Give it a few months at least, 343.

You realise 343 published those dates too right?

I’m praying for a remake that will work for Halo 4s settings, not like Ragnarok where obviously it wasn’t playtested with Jet Pack enough.

A proper Forge environment, and by that I mean variety in terrain, mountains, water, a flat plains like Quarry but bigger, you know, the works.

And a medium sized map that isn’t like Harvest or Complex. Something big enough for 5v5 but still enjoyable enough for a 4v4.
