Cast 2 roles for a Halo movie and explain why

It’s no secret that most if not some of us dream the day Halo is brought to the big screen (if done correctly). The expansive lore and vast amounts of intriguing and beautifully crafted characters would make for an excellent experience in cinemas, but this is where you come into place. We are gonna make a Halo movie, choose any 2 Halo characters you want in the movie and cast 2 actors or actresses to play those characters and explain why you chose them.

For me, I’d have.

Denzel Washington as Sargent Johnson: Denzel has demonstrated he understands how to fulfill roles that require action, comedy, seriousness, or any combination of the three and beyond. I really cannot see anyone portraying Johnson better than Denzel.

Tom Hanks as Jacob Keys. Tom Hanks is a brilliant actor and we all know it, however he’s also demonstrated he knows how to play roles as a captain (Captain Philips) and he also can portray emotion very well and Halo in itself is an emotional game.

I like your selections. I’d say maybe Idris Elba for Johnson, although IMO Denzel is ideal. I’d trade in your Tom Hanks for a George Clooney though. He’s a bit more of a silvered and cut actor, would probably fit the role a little better.

Vin Diesel for John Forge though if you’re doing a Halo Wars movie.

Even its not a character,a good CGI artist wouldnt be bad.
