I beleive i know that this happens, but at some point in the game, do you get req points back when you buy req packs? If so, when?
You get REQ points back when you’ve obtained all the permanent unlocks in that specific pack (eg. all commons for Bronze, all commons, uncommons, rares for Silvers and everything for Golds).

You begin earning Req Points within Req Packs when you have completed a set. Let’s say for example you do nothing but buy Silver, never bronze, nor gold. Then you begin to see req points appearing in the packs rather than actual permanent unlocks. You have now completed everything you could get in that pack and can move onto a higher tier of pack. There is also a system with that, as Silver packs get you everything from Common to rare, while Golds give you Ultra rare and legendary. Though if you complete the silver pack, you are guaranteed only high tier stuff in Gold.
