Exactly what does the ban message say? Are you sure it’s a permanent ban or a temporary one?
Looking at your matchmaking history, you have a number of unfinished games, which generally lead to brief bans and cooldown periods.
Make your “friend” buy you live time on a new account. That is, of course, if this story is true.
Im pretty sure you know what you did to get banned.
Your friend quitting twice in a row probably caused a temporary ban. The message should have a timer in it if it is temporary, give us a heads up if you see that timer or not in the message when you try to start a match.
Regardless if it was you or your friend who did something to get banned you still are responsible for it.

Agreed, I’d put down a rule saying while he plays he can’t quit all the time or you’re going to have a rough time playing.

yeh he said something about a hammer. and after that he couldn’t play
this was when I knew I was banned for life I’m so upset Man. first time he plays halo he bans my account. he knows now and apologised. but I only hope for my account to be revived . cause I’ll learn from mistakes from lending it to friends without telling them not to quit and i promise it won’t happen again

I get that but I never knew this was gonna happen. I thought he would of enjoyed himself but instead he got me banned. can we plz get something going cause I’m getting pretty stressed about my accounnt

two DNFs = temp ban
Try to play online now and tell us what the message says exactly. I almost had a similar issue with my 9yo nephew earlier, but luckily he was using my extra Silver account.
