I want to play halo, but I am just sitting here waiting for a sign of an update… And my new scuf my girlfriend got me for Christmas and new monitor from my brother! At least I know how long I have to wait for my Christmas gifts, the unknown time for the patch is driving me Insane! I love to push my limitations in everything, like: sports, knowledge, games. This patch gives me a couple new tools to do that and it’s just out of my reach! Couple that with how much i have always loved the mark IV helmet (ever since I’ve seen a pro I looked up to use it in H3) and I’ve got a serious case of 5 year old “is it here yet?” Super weird since I didn’t even play this many video games since H2/3 days and before H5 came out.
So no pressure 343, you do you. Make sure it’s ready and not going to destroy H5 matchmaking or anything but know this, every hour you push us into this unknown black hole of waiting, another North Pole elf dies from overexcitment… Do you really want to put that kind of stress on Santa?.. Do you?

Pretty much now, there is the small chance it does come out today. It’s only 12:30 p.m. there afterall. But that doesn’t mean you should go around telling everyone “It’s today! It’s today!” Wait to see what happens first.
Now I’m just guessing, but I bet Wednesday afternoon would probably be the best bet. They would leave 343 industries with 2 business days to work out any issues with rolling out the update should anything go wrong.
Most people working on deploying a massive update may be working 9 to 5, Monday through Friday. Wouldn’t make sense for risking everything crashing on a Friday night if they released it Friday, then nobody being there on the weekend for support.

But sat and sunday are week end not week and i dont want to wait until sat anyway
