Are warzone assault req points dropping after the update? They dropped a bit yesterday and 343 responded saying it was pre update testing or something.

Gosh, I hope not. I’m grinding the crap out of this game every single day and still have a ton or reqs to unlock. With the amount of reqs they seem to throw in every update, I’ll never get close to unlocking the legendary stuff.
The update isn’t released when 343 pushes a button, it’s released when Microsoft finishes cert testing on it.

Should be able to, i dont think anyone knows 100% forsure tho. All i know is that if you cant, the dissapointment skyrockets past the tolerable point for me.

You can place base weapons like the Prophet’s Bane and SPNKr Rocket Launcher, just not the variations of them.

that’s called extending you play time
I hope REQ farming doesn’t become the only incentive to play. Warframe’s farming system is pretty much what keeps people playing it, but Halo shouldn’t stoop down to the farming only level. I’d like to be able to get what I want without wasting weeks trying to get it. If you’re farming for the DMR, you know what I mean (I got the DMR recently actually!)

The Prophet’s Bane is a base weapon? Isn’t it just the Mythic variation of the Sword? Just like how Nornfang is the Mythic variation of the Sniper?

We had better be able to place the Prophet’s Bane. It was, after all, on Truth in the beta. It would be nice if we could take away its camo though, so that it’s not too powerful.

It isn’t a base weapon as far as I know. Butt (pun intended), if you played the Halo 5 Beta and saw the Bane in-game, that MAY hint towards REQs in Forge, probably.

Nope, they confirmed with the SPNKr that the extra variants will be “Warzone exclusive” so we can assume that all of the modified guns are not in Forge.

SPNKR is placeable on forge but only blank variants of certain items can be in forge and arena

Thanks 343, btw, for getting Forge ready for us. I’m surprised how many people can rant on how horrible (in their opinion) some things are. They should just be happy Halo 5 was even created.
They never said a date because they will release it as soon as it’s finished with certification testing. Other companies will get their DLC/updates certified by Xbox, then they will set a date and wait till then. They are literally releasing it as soon as they possibly can, be patient!
